Thanks to robust competition among health insurance plans in every state, employees continue to benefit from dependable access to high-quality, affordable care.

By the numbers:

• Access: Nine in 10 American workers are employed by a company that offers benefits.
• Affordability: On average, employers pay 83% of employees’ health coverage costs for a single person, and 72% for a family.
• A strong majority of consumers (75%) say they are satisfied with their employer-provided coverage.
