Chad Heinrich announced as President and CEO of Arizonans for Affordable Health Coverage
Arizonans for Affordable Health Coverage (AAHC) has named Chad Heinrich as its new President and CEO, effective October 1, 2022. AAHC is an association of health care companies committed to providing high-quality, affordable health care coverage to Arizonans enrolled in commercial plans.
Heinrich is managing partner of Heinrich Public Affairs, a consulting firm providing organizations and businesses with representation before state and local government. Heinrich has extensive policy experience through his service to clients such as the National Federation of Independent Business, University of Phoenix, TTX Company and other businesses and organizations. Prior to founding the consulting firm, Heinrich served as Associate Vice President for University of Phoenix, led the public affairs and economic development teams for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and, early in his career, served as Deputy Secretary of State in South Dakota. Heinrich holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota. Heinrich will represent the health insurance community with a unified voice to achieve a competitive and affordable health care marketplace in Arizona.
